22nd Street Landing Reservation Terms and Conditions:
ALL BOATS ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED. 22ND STREET LANDING SPORTFISHING ACTS AS A TICKET AGENT AND ASSUMES NO RISK TO PASSENGERS WHILE ONBOARD VESSELS.
1. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon completion of this order. Once we receive an authorization, we will send you a confirmation email. You will only receive confirmation if your credit card is successfully billed. A charge from 22nd Street Landing will appear on your credit card statement. We require a 100% payment on all trips.
CHECK-IN at the ticket window at least one hour prior to departure. Passengers must be checked-in and ready to board at least 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are not checked-in 15 minutes prior to departure, your spots will be forfeited, and your credit card will be charged for the full amount fare and there will be no refund.
2. Cancellation Policy:
-Weather-related cancellations; In the unusual circumstance that your trip is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions or mechanical failure you have several options including moving your trip to a different boat/day (depending on availability) or refund.
- Cancellations for 1/2 Day, ¾ Day, and Full Day open party trips require a 72-hour notice, or your payment/voucher is forfeited. Any refund issues will have a 3.5% service fee deducted.
- Cancellations for trips overnight or longer require a 7-day notice to avoid forfeiture of the deposit/voucher. Any refund issues will have a 3.5% service fee deducted.
EMAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF CHANGES IN YOUR UP-COMMING TRIP. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO MAKE ANY RESCHEDULE/CHANGES.
3. We reserve the right to overbook our trips by two people to compensate for last minute cancellations.
4. You cannot bring any alcoholic beverages, ice chests or coolers of any kind aboard any boat.
5. You cannot bring any illegal drugs, firearms, knives, or explosives of any kind aboard any boat.
6. Due to possible increases in fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be necessary. Fuel surcharges, should they apply, are set on a boat-by-boat basis, and will be determined on the day of departure.
7. All food, rental tackle, licenses, and gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated.
8. We reserve the right to substitute boats in the unlikely event a scheduled boat is not available.
9. In the event that your trip needs to return to port early, due to weather or any unforeseeable circumstance, there will be no monetary refunds issued by 22nd Street Landing. It is at the sole discretion of the Captain or Boat Owner to issue any future credits or rainchecks.
10. Boats require a minimum number of full-fare passengers before they can depart. The Monte Carlo requires 10 full paid passengers before children are discounted.
11. 22nd Street Landing may send text messages related to the trip to the phone number associated with this reservation.
