22nd Street Landing Reservation Terms and Conditions:
ALL BOATS ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED. 22ND STREET LANDING SPORTFISHING ACTS AS A TICKET AGENT AND ASSUMES NO RISK TO PASSENGERS WHILE ONBOARD VESSELS.
1. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon completion of this order. Once we receive an authorization, we will send you a confirmation email. You will only receive confirmation if your credit card is successfully billed. A charge from 22nd Street Landing will appear on your credit card statement. We require a 100% payment on all trips.
CHECK-IN at the ticket window at least one hour prior to departure. Passengers must be checked-in and ready to board at least 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are not checked-in 15 minutes prior to departure, your spots will be forfeited, and your credit card will be charged for the full amount fare and there will be no refund.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY- THE VINCENT THOMAS BRIDGE IS UNDERGOING MAJOR CONSTRUCTION THROUGHOUT THE 2026 YEAR. PLEASE CHECK FOR ROAD CLOSURES AND TAKE ALTERNATE ROUTE. MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR BRIDGE CLOSURE
-For all guests who have purchased their tickets by credit card, your legal issued ID will be required at the time of check-in. If you do not have your legal identification card with you, the original form of payment will be voided out and new payment will be taken.
If you have purchased tickets as a gift, please email a copy of your ID to info@22ndstreet.com along with a handwritten authorization letter confirming the transaction.
The letter must include the boat name, departure date, your signature, and the guest's legal name.
Please place your ID on top of the letter, take a clear photo of both together, and submit to the email address listed above.
2. Cancellation Policy:
-Weather-related cancellations; In the unusual circumstance that your trip is cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions or mechanical failure you have several options including moving your trip to a different boat/day (depending on availability) or refund.
- Cancellations for 1/2 Day, ¾ Day, and Full Day open party trips require a 72-hour notice, or your payment/voucher is forfeited. Any refund issues will have a 3.5% service fee deducted.
- Cancellations for trips overnight or longer require a 10-day notice to avoid forfeiture of the deposit/voucher. Any refund issues will have a 3.5% service fee deducted.
EMAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF CHANGES IN YOUR UP-COMMING TRIP. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO MAKE ANY RESCHEDULE/CHANGES.
3. We reserve the right to overbook our trips by two people to compensate for last minute cancellations.
4. You cannot bring any alcoholic beverages, ice chests or coolers of any kind aboard any boat.
5. Passengers are strictly prohibited from bringing illegal drugs, firearms, knives, or any type of explosive devices aboard any vessel. Possession of any prohibited items will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, and all payments made will be forfeited.
6. Due to possible increases in fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be necessary. Fuel surcharges, should they apply, are set on a boat-by-boat basis, and will be determined on the day of departure.
7. All food, rental tackle, licenses, and gratuities are not included unless otherwise stated.
8. We reserve the right to substitute boats in the unlikely event a scheduled boat is not available.
9. In the event that your trip needs to return to port early, due to weather or any unforeseeable circumstance, there will be no monetary refunds issued by 22nd Street Landing. It is at the sole discretion of the Captain or Boat Owner to issue any future credits or rainchecks.
10. Boats require a minimum number of full-fare passengers before they can depart.
11. 22nd Street Landing may send text messages related to the trip to the phone number associated with this reservation.
12. 22nd Street Landing reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any reservation due to misconduct or inappropriate behavior. In the event a reservation is canceled for this reason, all payments will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Misconduct includes, but not limited to, intoxication, belligerent behavior, violence, harassment, threats, or any conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive to passengers, crew, or operations.

Absolutely no outside food, drinks, or ice chests. Full-service galley on the boat, including tacos and quesadillas the night of departure.
$20 fuel surcharge may apply depending on fuel cost due to the boat on the night of departure. Bring your own pillow and blanket.
